Digital Millennium Copyright Act notice and takedown procedures for Sales Builder Academy.

Sales Builder Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Site and programs to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through the Sales Career Launchpad website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your DMCA Notice must include all of the following:

• ▸A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• ▸Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
• ▸Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it on the Site (e.g., URL)

We strongly recommend sending your notice via email for the fastest response. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• ▸Your physical or electronic signature
• ▸Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• ▸A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• ▸Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• ▸A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

4. Repeat Infringers

Sales Builder Academy has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site and our programs for any user who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others.

5. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or their licensee.

6. Our Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Sales Builder Academy — including the P3 Sales Method, Sales Career Architecture Model, course modules, videos, templates, frameworks, written materials, and branding — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
