The rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of the Sales Career Launchpad and Sales Builder Academy programs.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sales Career Launchpad website at salescareerlaunchpad.com or enrolling in any Sales Builder Academy program. By accessing the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any program.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sales Builder Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Mike O'Kelly. Your access to and use of the Site and programs is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Sales Builder Academy provides online sales training programs, coaching services, and community access through the Sales Career Launchpad and related offerings. Services include but are not limited to:
Monthly membership tiers (Tier A and Tier B) are billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the applicable monthly rate until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Tier C (Personal Coaching) is billed at $797/month with a minimum 3-month commitment. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method $797/month for 3 consecutive months. After the initial 3-month period, the engagement may be continued on a month-to-month basis or concluded at either party's discretion with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by contacting us or managing your subscription through the applicable platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction review for monthly memberships. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a credit or refund at our sole discretion. No refunds are issued for Tier C coaching months after the first session within that billing period has occurred.
All content on the Site and within our programs — including course materials, videos, frameworks, templates, written content, graphics, and the P3 Sales Method — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sales Builder Academy and Mike O'Kelly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent.

The Site and all programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Builder Academy and Mike O'Kelly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sales Builder Academy, Mike O'Kelly, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your County], [Your State].
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
